Yipsan cycle's. This is a painting I did for him of his own personal ride.

Commute Tribute to Andy #00 (For Sale)

I've been thinking for sometime about doing some different pieces of artwork that are stylized by famous artists. Injecting my own love of bikes upon a certain artists style. Trying to mimic there work the best I can. A tribute of sort, but also a learning experience by trying to see what they saw. What they were trying to accomplish by there use of color, technique, and over all approach. Gaining a greater respect for the artist and putting a few more tools in my own artwork arsenal.

So this morning I took some terrible pics on the way to work. They weren't great really on any level. So I decided to play with them. Andy Warhol has always interested me. I would have loved to have had lunch with him.

Alphabet Bike - XC (For Sale)

The fourth installment of my Alpha bikes. This one's the CX, which means Cyclocross. Fast and muddy. This is the Ibis Hakkalügi. I seem to have a green thing going.

Alphabet Bike - SS (For Sale)

My second Alpha bike. This one's the SS, which in biking lingo is single speed. This one's a 2012 Canfield Nimble 9 I believe.

NAHBS roundup (For Sale)

A selection of handmake bikes all rolled in to one.

Alphabet Bike - GG (For Sale)

I needed a postcard to send in for a race. So I decided to make a series of bikes that have two letter descriptors. This is the first one GG. Gravel Grinder. A bike meant for long rides on gravel roads.

While the detail may be the same, these bikes were hard to make. The actual size of these are 4x6 std post cards. So getting the detail in is a little harder. I really like how this turned out however.

Coffee Wheels #16 (For Sale)

All Coffee and Ink. A gravel grinder race in Nebraska. So when I was cutting up a post card sized bit of watercolor paper, I figured...eh why not do a little series. These are the Alphabet bikes. All of them can be described in two letters.
