Minato Namikaze. Naruto's Dad and Jiraiya's pupil. Minato was the 4th Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, he was also known as "The Yellow Flash". One of his popular techniques was the "Flying Thunder God Technique", which allows him to teleport to the place where his kunai lands. I made Minato's teleportation geometric to make it different.

Things I usually do when I take a break. I decided to make a Jiraiya illustration performing Rasengan! :) This is based on his book “The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Ninja”. For people who don’t know Jiraya, he is Naruto and Minato’s sensei. :) Jiraiya also my favorite character in the Naruto universe.

An illustration I made for a feature a magazine. The topic was "Illogical". I decided to go with Time Travel since I find it really impossible for people to travel through the past or future. I wanted to make an interesting character so I created a time travelling pirate. He travels through time to "steal" important artifacts with the intention of preserving them.

Futurama. The more we are connected, the more we become isolated. A spread that acted as a teaser for the Future-centric articles in the magazine. I was listening to a lot of Chiptune when I was doing this, hence, the video game influence.

Movies in my Head

I love telling stories. I’ve been writing stories since I was in high school. I don't know if I'm a good writer, but I know I can make fictional stories and illustrate them. So for the We’re Not Aimless exhibit I made fake posters for my fake movies. Hence the series: Movies in My Head. 1. LEAP is about the journey of 5 engkantos to the moon in search of a less chaotic life. I made a 3d model of this for the exhibit as well, a fake toy line for a fake movie. I also made a fake OBB of LEAP that's coming out soon. 2. GUST is the story of a guy who loves the wind. He's trying to find the source of the wind by using a reverse windvane as his compass. 3. A 3D piece I made. It's based on the LEAP illustration. Made from wax clay, sand, glue and woodboard
