I did this illustration for my friend Lucy's 21st birthday card. The image is of her crazy 6 month old Springer Spaniel Cross (I think...), whose name is Ted. Mostly Ted likes launching himself on people's laps, stomachs and other areas of the anatomy and stealing everyone's belongings and hiding under the bed with them until someone feels like playing tug o' war with them :)

Resistance poster

Resistance: I produced this poster in response an old Don't Panic comp of the theme 'resistance'. I chose to include a rodeo image to show both the horse and the rider resisting giving in. The horse resists being tamed and the cowboy resists being thrown.I have an interest in vintage illustration styles and so I decided to draw out the image in this vintage/retro comic book style.

Headline- Screen Print: This screen print was produced for a competition in association with Urban Oufitters, Leeds, that called for a graphic interpretation of a newspaper headline. The image represents an article from ‘The Sun’, ‘Girls Buy to Teese’ about rising stockings sales inspired by Dita Von Teese (hence the spelling) and Katie Perry. The design was chosen to feature in Urban Outfitters' "Headline" exhibition
