Greetings, I was informed today that several of my pieces violated WARNER BROS. copyright in regard to images of Batman, specifically those pertaining to the DARK KNIGHT films - and have since been removed by S6. While I have no issue with the infractions and the images in question being pulled form my S6 site, it does seem a bit random - as they left many other images of the character intact, not to mention if you do a search of the Warner Bros. owned name of "batman" - there are literally hundreds of violations of copyright currently for sale on this site! One piece they had removed had nothing to do with the films, it was an original design of the costumed hero, but as I said they left many others... Just seems weird! Anyway - let this be a warning to any other artists who decide to use characters held in copyright... Beware!
