This is an experimental portrait, I didn't just want to try to paint a portrait but to see where the strokes and colours would take me. And I'm glad I went with my gut :)

This is my very first portrait in ink. I'm quite surprised at the outcome after three and a half hours of painting. I'm well aware that the proportion of the hand is slightly off, will work on that but other than that I'm pleased :)

This is an experimentation I did for my Illustrator workshop in college. Done in Adobe Illustrator CS5 with a mouse. I'm quite happy with how this turned out actually and this would be my first complete artwork on Illustrator :)
