As the new year is upon us, i figured it'd be the right time to give the Backyard Boogaloo posters a bit of a revamp to freshen them up for the year of hip hop ahead. I tried to keep the vibe of the previous posters whilst adding a bit more of a tight graphic element to things. The boogaloo guys are happy with how they turned out so i'm pretty stoked on how it turned out. Looking forward to tackling the next one!

My girlfriend has a pretty awesome dog, and she asked if i'd put together a drawing of him so she could have them printed and send them out as christmas cards this year. So here's what i got so far, thinking of putting some antlers on him and adding some snowfall, with some hand drawn "Merry Christmas" typography... alot left to do, but it's a start!

Poster for the Verb T album launch at the Backyard Boogaloo event in Bournemouth. The promoter wanted me to reference the album artwork for "Morning Process" a bit closer with this one, whilst keeping the distinct "Boogaloo" feel to the illustration and layout of the poster. Was good fun to do, especially seeing as the album artwork is for "Morning Process" is particularly good!

I recently got to contribute artwork for the full length album "Liquid Reflections" by USA based MC Ben Z and German producer Dejection. It was a super fun project to be involved in, and it was great to be given so much freedom in terms of the style and concept behind the imagery. I love projects where you really get to collaborate clients that really trust your creative judgement, from the digital release through to the physical digipaks and limited edition poster prints, this one has been a pleasure to work on.
