I got bored so I decided to do another design suited for the throw pillows, more plaid with some grungy stuff thrown in. It looks pretty good on the iPhone/iPod cases and laptop skins too! To be honest I made this because I'm planning on getting a new couch soon and these will go great with it hahaha

I was inspired by some old vintage signs that I spotted at a museum here in Vancouver and I decided to go ahead and try my hand at re-designing my own. I really like how it turned out, and the calligraphy lettering was super fun to do too! Let me know what you think in the comments below =) I'm going to make this into a small series because I really enjoyed doing this one.

I wanted to try my hand at a design for the new throw pillows that Society6 added so here's my first attempt. I tried to put my own spin on a typical plaid pattern that you might see on a pillow like this. Originally I was going to do Christmas colors but I liked this better. If anyone wants a red or green version just let me know I'd be glad to upload one =) Enjoy!

Idle hands are the devils play things. Not an original quote, but something that's been a thorn in my side lately and decided to turn it into something. This was done 100% in Photoshop using my Wacom tablet and homemade textures.

No More Excuses (For Sale)

Whatever it is that you want to do, or need to do that for some stupid reason you aren't, stop making excuses! You're wasting time lying to yourself about WHY you aren't/can't do it when you could just be out there DOING it!(and not in an inappropriate way! haha). I decided to do this print because I'm so fed up with people who complain about all the things they wish they could do when all they're really doing is making excuses. If there is something you truly want to do, no matter what it is, please go do it. If you don't, you will regret it. I created this by hand painting the words "no more excuses", scanning them and putting it all together in Photoshop. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for looking =)

Sleepy Universe (For Sale)

The universe we live in is infinite, and it never stops to rest because if it did, everything would be over. The universe keeps going and going, and it keeps us alive. So when you go to sleep at night, remember that the stars and the moon are looking down on you, exhausted, but loyal none-the-less. My inspiration for this piece came from Aztec and Mayan drawings and symbols. It features the Aztec symbol for star, as well as the Mayan symbol Hunab Ku, which is similar to the popular yin yang. The rest just kind of came together around all of this and I think it came out pretty well.
